Deblon Sports does not have a seasonal sale, because of the timeless and elegant pieces of our boutique collection.
Does Deblon Sports provide a repair service?
Every item of our collection is carefully handmade in Brazil. We therefore strive to deliver very high quality. If an item is received damaged, we will provide you a new item or repair the received item. Please send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org

What is the sportswear made of?
All our items are made from an authentic fabric that is used primarily in Brazil. The fabric consists of 88-92% Polyamide and 8-12% Elastane. This results in a high quality, ultra-soft touch and body flattering fabric which is fully breathable, holds its shape and is extremely color fast.
How do I care for my sportswear?
For all items it is advised to wash them at 30 degrees or a rather gentle program on your washing machine (fine/ hand wash). Do not bleach, do not iron and do not dry-clean.
How should I estimate my size?
For the majority of our sportswear we offer the sizes Small, Medium and Large. Whereas the fabric knows a good stretch, your regular size fashion size tends to be the right size for you.
A rough comparison to European sizes would be:
- Small;size 34/36
- Medium; size 36/38
- Large; size 38/40
- Extra Large: size 42/44 (selected leggings only)

I don't see my preferred size on the website, is this item still available?
The website of Deblon Sports presents you the sizes we currently have in stock. Our stock levels are updated frequently. Hence, Deblon Sports cannot be taken responsible for any mistakes on the provided stock levels of the website.
Will the out-of-stock item or size be restocked anytime soon?
If this item you wish to order is out-of-stock, you can send us a a message at email@example.com. We will inform you as accurately as possible whether we expect new stock on this item or size. We can also make a reservation for you or put you on the waiting list of this particular item.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are expected to arrive within 2 working days (The Netherlands only).
I wish my order would arrive sooner than 2 days, is this possible?
If you - for any reason - wish to receive your order sooner than two working days, you can send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our very best to deliver your items as soon as possible.
No guarantees on these request can be given.
Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
We are very happy to take on international orders. The shipping is free worldwide.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the package being received.
Refunds for items* returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to the clients bank account. Deblon Sports will not cover the cost of returns or exchanges.
How do returns work?
To return merchandise* to Deblon Sports follow these easy steps:

* All merchandise returned to us and deemed dirty, worn or damaged will be brought to your attention via email. We will ship these items back to you, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise, and no refund will be administered.
How do exchanges work?
If you wish to exchange your purchase you have to follow the return instructions. Please mention in the email your wish to exchange with the following information:

Once we received your package, we will send the exchanged items to your address.

How do I know if you have received my return package?
We suggest that when shipping returns/ exchanges back to us, you get a tracking number. You can then use your tracking number to determine when your package will arrive at Deblon Sports. Deblon Sports will not be held responsible for lost packages in transit to our warehouse, so a tracking number is always encouraged.
